Mr. Yinebeb Derseh is a highly experienced and knowledgeable lawyer specializing in the area of insurance, corporate, real-estate and construction law. He has an extensive experience of over 15 years practice in the insurance industry most of which he served in managerial capacity. He also has an excellent practice of corporate law and corporate governance. He is in particular known for providing quality legal advice and litigation service in Judicial and Arbitral Tribunals.  

Mr. Yinebeb Derseh is a member of the Commercial Law Working Group of the Legal and Justice Affairs Advisory Council of Ethiopia (LJAACE) and is working on the reform and revision of Banking and Insurance Laws of  Ethiopia. He is also a part time instructor of Law at the Law School of Addis Ababa University and St. Mary’s University College.

He holds an LL.B and LL.M Degree from Addis Ababa University School of Law.
